Spotted at La Maison Francaise on Reservoir Road: certainly Washington's, and possibly the world's, largest paella. Made by the downtown restaurant La Taverna del Alabardero. It was served along with grilled hamburgers, which the French ate their way: on the bun, literally. Only a bottom bun, no top bun!
