I'm so happy I was at the park for this special night. It felt like it was going our way from the beginning of the game. The fans are so with the team. And the team itself seemed calm, ready. It wasn't a fully packed house, but close enough. Very vocal. Everyone stood for the last two outs. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m., only by phone or online.

Oh, Happy Day. The Nats Are In the Playoffs
I'm so happy I was at the park for this special night. It felt like it was going our way from the beginning of the game. The fans are so with the team. And the team itself seemed calm, ready. It wasn't a fully packed house, but close enough. Very vocal. Everyone stood for the last two outs. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m., only by phone or online.

THE Q&A CAFE
The Q&A Cafe is now in its 21st year. We launched in October 2001 at Nathans in Georgetown as a response to the September 11 terror attacks, and from that initial purpose grew into a weekly community interview lunch, the first "talk show in a bar." When Nathans closed in 2009 we moved to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and since 2015 our home has been The George Town Club. I'm a Yankees fan. OK, I apologize now. They win a lot and I'm a sucker for winners. However, BIG Congrats to The Nats and a huge possible for the O's just up the road at Camden. Picture this: 2012 World Series Nationals vs Orioles. I will definitely have ducats for that World Series without a doubt! I'm excited for the area here. Great fun for sports fans! Oh, and I'm a JETS fan too...I know, I know...every year I go through the pains. RG-III Hmmm...he is fantastic for the sport and the Redskins are lucky to have him, but, as they would say on ESPN, c'mon man! Complaining that The Rams defense was head hunting and unprofessional? Really?? He's just 2 games into the NFL. NFL defensive players don't care if you are holding a new born baby let alone a football, you're going to get hit and hit hard my man. enjoy the NFL season too Carol!!
