Classic Spinach Salad with Whitmore Farm eggs and dressing using Stachowski's bacon.
Steamed and chilled lobster from Cannons; cut into chunks and tossed with homemade mayo, lemon, chervil, truffle oil, shallots and truffles, with spinach fettucini in a splash of truffle oil, plus grated parmesan.
Strawberries au citron et sucre.
