Delicious Maryland Crab Cakes At Petie Greens in Deale, Maryland

If you are in search of a delicious Maryland crab cake, head to Deale, Maryland and Petie Greens. I try to hit Petie's a few times each summer and even into the fall. I go for the crab cakes. 

It's a classic western shore road house, serving a lot of locals and families and with a busy bar. But, again, it's the crab cakes. They also sell the uncooked cake to be prepared at home, which allows me to drive out, stop at the farmer stands along the Deale road for sweet corn, tomatoes and watermelon, pick up the carry-out order, bring them all home and create a wonderful summer dinner ... in the city.
