The Next Q&A Cafe: Red Truck Bakery Owner/Author Brian Noyes

He is the author of the Red Truck Bakery Cookbook, it focuses on the amazing food and recipes of his rural bakery sensation, Red Truck Bakery, and its also a story of shifting gears professionally as an adult. 

Incidentally, he's also the favorite pie maker of Barack Obama, and superfan Robert Duvall cut the rope at the opening of his (second) Red Truck Bakery in Marshall, VA, which is now in many ways the company mother ship (though it started in Warrenton).
